Creating "Smart Lists" & Custom View Filters
You can filter your Contacts so that you're only seeing those who have the specific characteristic you're looking for.
Similarly, you can create Smart Lists, which are permanent lists containing at least one filter. For example, you can create a Smart List that is comprised only of those Contacts who have answered a survey question in a certain way or have some type of characteristic in common, such as all those who have the same estimated credit score.
